BATTLEFIELD HARDLINE UNDERGOING NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENTS!

Feedbacks are definitely worth it...


Visceral Games (creators of Battlefield Hardline) is already improving Battlefield Hardline thanks to community feedback after the beta, increasing player movement speed and altering the way suppression works in the first-person shooter.

Popularly known as the Community's Most Wanted, Visceral is detailing the list of improvements coming to Battlefield Hardline because of beta feedback. The top change so far is a 10-percent increase in player speed, as well as a 10-percent boost when dashing with a pistol. Visceral hopes this hastens the pace of the game and satisfies complaints of the shooter feeling sluggish.

Other improvements include fixing the way suppression works, with Visceral making sure players' aim points are no longer impacted, only situational awareness is affected. They also decided the Survivalist gadget was overpowered, changing it to revive players at 1 health and auto-inject after 5 seconds. Finally, Visceral is working with the vehicles in Battlefield Hardline, with plans to add more special drivable automobiles like the fuel truck into all maps. "Even though the beta was just a small taste of the complete package we plan to deliver with Hardline, the amount of feedback we got from players around the world has been incredible and will help ensure we make Hardline a better game when it launches this October," said Thad Sasser, lead multiplayer designer on the game.
